Agritechnica 2019

Our sales team headed out to Hannover last week for a 7 day show at Agritechnica, Germany.  It was an intense week meeting customers old and new. Led by John McHarg (MD) the team of  Sarmed Tahir (MEA Sales Manager) and Peter Nixey (European Sales Manager) were joined by founder Alastair McHarg mid week. 

The show was held in fantastic exhibition facilities in Hannover between 10th-16th November 2019.  

Agritechnica is one of the world's largest trade fairs for agricultural technology.  There were over 2,820 exhibitors and 450,000 visitors, (with more than 130,000 from overseas). Guides were provided to help visitors navigate the enormous site.

The show is all about innovation. We saw what has been hailed as the future of farming  - the controversial autonomous driving tractor. There were farming simulators, career days for young farmers and whole host of agricultural machinery.

Thank you to all those that visited the stand - it was a great opportunity to catch up with many of our European customers and we look forward to building long term relationships with the many new faces we met.
